La Masía itself is an 18th-century exposed-stone building, restored with respect for the aesthetics of traditional architecture, yet adapted to guarantee the comfortable life we all desire. In the restoration, bioclimatic solutions have been brought to the challenges of the present century, prioritising energy self-sufficiency and respect for the surroundings.
La Masía opens its doors to us and invites us to explore its different rooms, where generations of artisans and artists have contributed the wisdom of their craft… The art room, the office, the zen sitting room, the terrace… are only a glimpse of the possibilities that open up to our imagination and our needs…
The grounds of the property include, in addition to La Masía and its outbuildings (workshop, children’s playground, glass-enclosed room, barbecue area, swimming pool…), another house with independent fencing, the solar panel field, the wells, the animal enclosures, the vegetable gardens, fruit trees, fodder crops…
We take the opportunity to climb to the highest point on the property. From there, the view of the Mediterranean Sea reminds us that, driving along the quiet local roads, we are very close to the splendid beaches of Alcossebre…
